Client reviews — More Property

Lyudmila is a true professional! She will find you the right apartment and negotiate a discount on top! I can leave nothing but positive reviews about this agency, and about Lyudmila in particular! 100 out of 100 🙏

I am really glad I turned to More Property. The people here are genuinely friendly and responsive, and always ready to help. Their support is not limited to housing questions: the team happily shares recommendations about Pattaya itself — from ideas for things to see and do to useful links, contacts and interesting places.

I especially value their readiness to step in and help with the housing question even when there is almost no time left and the budget is tight. In that situation More Property really does try to find a suitable option and stays in touch.

When I am in Pattaya again, I will definitely turn to More Property once more. I sincerely recommend this company to anyone who needs help with accommodation and friendly, reliable support on the ground.

It was our first time renting a place in Pattaya through an agency, and we were pleasantly surprised: nobody pushed the most luxurious options on us, the prices quoted were reasonable and the apartment was good! On the agency's advice we settled on Dusit Grand Park and ended up more than happy! Now we will recommend you to friends and use your services ourselves — everything is clear, straightforward and honest!

My first time with this agency, and I am very happy with it! Working with Irina is a pleasure: she is always in touch and answers every question. With Irina's help I rented apartments for myself and for my mother. From the start we were surprised by how clean and cosy the apartments were. We have stayed in this condo before, but never with that level of cleanliness.
We loved everything. We will definitely be back!

I rented an apartment through this agency for a year. The apartment was wonderful and every question of mine was settled instantly. Special thanks to Irina — always in touch and always ready to help any day of the week. I recommend them to everyone, 10 out of 10!

I want to say a huge thank you to more property, and to Irina in particular. We rented an apartment in Pattaya on a one-year contract and were absolutely delighted. Irina is a wonderful, responsive landlord who is always in touch. Any everyday issue was sorted out instantly, and the rental terms were as fair and honest as they get. The apartment was handed over spotlessly clean and everything worked properly. It was very comfortable 🥰 — on our next trips to Pattaya we will go to more property only! I recommend them 100% 💕

Lusi is an outstanding real estate agent. She helped me successfully sell my condominium in Pattaya with professionalism, honesty, and great attention to detail. She kept me informed throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, she is trustworthy and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling property in Pattaya. Thank you, Lusi, for your excellent support. 🙏🏡✨

I want to say a huge thank you to More Property, and to Irina and Evgeny in particular, for their professionalism and attentive approach. They are always in touch, always ready to listen, answer every question and solve any problem. I have come back to them more than once and recommend them to all my friends.
I also recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and competent professionals.
Thank you so much!

Best team, super responsive. They helped, sorted out every issue, and even tried to turn down the chocolate bar we brought — we made sure they took it anyway :)

Huge thanks especially to Irina and Eugenia for helping with the apartment search and rental! We sorted everything in a single day — found and signed a great pet-friendly condo, which was critical since I brought my cat. Special thanks for always being on call and resolving any question quickly. I originally signed for 3 months — 1.5 years later I'm still here, and renewal was just as smooth.

I want to thank Irina and Evgeny for their help in finding an apartment to rent in Pattaya. We were searching remotely, while still in Russia. Irina promptly sent us current options that matched our budget and our wishes.
In the end we settled in a cosy condo on Pratumnak. Evgeny helped us set up day-to-day life, promptly brought the things we needed on request, and was always in touch about anything that came up. A wonderful, professional team. Very responsive and friendly people.
Thank you so much for your professionalism, honesty and understanding! If we need a place in Pattaya again, we will come only to them!
Best regards, Tatiana and Alexey.

Huge thanks to More Property group for their professionalism in matching listings, flawless workflow, reliability and focus on results. The best agency in Pattaya — they listen to every requirement and provide top-tier expert guidance. Always reachable, always helpful, even when you're buying from abroad. Recommend to everyone!

Want to thank Nino Tsikarishvili — a wonderful person and More Property agent who put real time and effort into finding me an apartment. Available 24/7, answers within seconds — clear sign of experience. Property viewings were sharp and informative. Everyone deserves an agent like this!

I was considering Thai property and had a lot of questions and doubts, but Lucy walked me through the choice and the team handled the visa as well. Many thanks — looking forward to seeing them again.

Great agency — they always find a solid condo option. Special thanks to Lucy — always reachable, gives every detail you need to know. Strongly recommend.

They matched us with an apartment that fit our brief exactly and negotiated an extra discount from the developer. Paperwork was ready faster than we expected.

We bought an apartment through this company. Real professionals — everything was sharp, no surprises, all organized. Bravo!

We've been flying to Pattaya for years and always rent through More Property. The case when you find a reliable company once and stop experimenting. Big choice of apartments — clean, stylish, exactly matching the photos. Everything runs sharp: check-in without unnecessary questions, support always available, anything resolved quickly and calmly.

It is a reliable and trustworthy company with excellent customer care.

I rarely leave reviews, but for this deal I'd give 5+ and want to thank Lyudmila personally. She helped us close a non-standard sale of inherited apartments — lots of questions on paperwork, legal support, translations. Throughout months Lyudmila steadily moved the deal to completion. She and her team are excellent professionals and genuinely good people. 100% recommend. Huge thanks!
