On the Na Jomtien coast it delivered Mövenpick Residences, a 37-storey tower of 460 apartments about 200 metres from the beach, completed in November 2014, and the Mövenpick Pool Villas (34 villas, 2015). In Phuket it is credited with The Residences at Sheraton Phuket Grand Bay — 101 villas and suites completed in 2020.
A penthouse in Mövenpick Residences is a one-off product whose value rests largely on the hotel service. Before buying, review the current management agreement with the operator and the rental programme terms, the service charges and sinking fund, and the quota under which the unit is registered.
