AssetWise is a Bangkok developer founded in 2005. It became a public limited company in 2020, and on 28 April 2021 its shares started trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker ASW. The head office is in Bang Khen, Bangkok. Its core business is urban condominiums, townhouses and houses in Bangkok under the motto “We Build Happiness”; in Phuket the group operates through its subsidiary Rhom Bho Property and its brand The Title.
In Pattaya, AssetWise is building Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya — two towers of 44 and 47 storeys with 606 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, about 500 metres from Jomtien Beach. Listed status gives buyers an extra way to do due diligence: the company’s quarterly results and SET disclosures are public. For the project itself, check the construction schedule of each tower, the remaining foreign quota and who will manage the building once it is handed over to the owners’ juristic person.
