Bestart Heaven Co., Ltd. is the developer of Sea Heaven, a project by Nai Thon Beach on the island’s north-west coast (Sakhu subdistrict, Thalang district). According to public listings, Sea Heaven is a mixed-use development of low-rise condominiums, villas, commercial buildings and a hotel, with common areas managed by Wyndham Hotel Group. It is being built in phases: the official website gives 124 units for Phase 2.1 and 127 units in a single 5-storey building for Phase 2.2, with completion planned for 2025.
One detail matters: the data-consent text on the project’s official website names a different company, Maison Development Co., Ltd. Before signing, confirm which legal entity is the seller under the contract and who holds the land title. The latest progress report on the site, dated 7 August 2024, showed the Phase 2.2 structure 60% complete with building systems and finishing not yet started, so ask for current confirmation of completion and handover. We could not verify the company’s ownership or history from public sources.
