Daika Estate Co., Ltd. is the property arm of Daika Group, a diversified Bangkok-based Thai group that also works in chemicals, feed ingredients, packaging and water treatment. Its office is in Lumpini Tower on Rama IV Road. By the company’s own account, it has been building luxury housing since 2009, with total sales exceeding THB 3 billion.
Daika’s main Pattaya project is The Sanctuary Wong Amat on Naklua Soi 12: three low-rise buildings (one five-storey and two seven-storey) with about 200 apartments of two to four bedrooms on roughly 9 rai near Wongamat Beach. In 2009 it won Best Condo Development at the Thailand Property Awards. The company has also built The Sanctuary Hua Hin and The Pine Hua Hin, and is now developing Sanctuary 40 in the Thonglor–Ekkamai area and The Villa Wong Amat pool villas in Pattaya. The building is more than 15 years old, so ask the juristic person for the sinking-fund report and the maintenance plan for building systems.
