ESS Developments is a private developer building in Pattaya and on Koh Chang since 2019. According to the company, founder Gavin Perfect has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and construction project management in Thailand and abroad, and alongside development ESS offers project management, construction and design services. It started with villas — Elegance Pool Villas on Koh Chang and Serenity Jomtien Villas — and completed its first condominium, the 56-unit Serenity Residence Jomtien, in early 2023.
Zensiri Residences Jomtien is part of the flagship Zensiri Estate & Residences, launched in November 2024: two seven-storey buildings next to 26 villas, three saltwater pools, a gym, a co-working space, solar-powered common areas and EV charging. The company scheduled construction to start in 2025; Jomtien Beach is about 2.5 km away.
This is ESS’s largest condominium to date, so buyers should track construction against the payment schedule, confirm the ownership structure (foreign-quota freehold or leasehold) and find out early who will manage the building after handover.
