Jantarapa Co., Ltd. is a Thai-Chinese company that, by its own account, belongs to TCE Group of Thailand. In Thailand the group is active in property development, hotel management, restaurants and legal consulting; in China, in manufacturing, import-export, restaurants and hotels in the city of Yiwu. In Pattaya, Jantarapa built the Baan Chai Hadd Village housing estate and the Tara Court Hotel, and has announced Siarn Tara Village, a 45-house estate.
Its best-known project is Beverly Mountain Bay on Pratumnak Soi 5: a 22-storey building of about 200 units on a 1.5-rai plot, operated under the Ramada by Wyndham hotel brand. LEVEL Pratumnak, a 139-unit off-plan project due in 2028, is also attributed to Jantarapa in public sources. Buyers at Beverly Mountain Bay should find out how the hotel rental programme works and what is left for the owner after the operator’s share. For LEVEL, ask for the construction schedule and make sure this legal entity is the one named on the contract.
