According to public listings, McInnes Corporation developed Executive Residence 4, a small condominium near Cosy Beach on Pratumnak; the same company is named as the developer of Executive Residence II. We could not find anything else about the company itself — no website, legal name or press coverage — so this page is mostly about the building series.
Executive Residence is a series of boutique buildings on Pratumnak: the first, a five-storey building with a rooftop pool about 300 m from Cosy Beach, was completed in the mid-2000s, and the second in 2011. Executive Residence 4 has at least six floors, and the upper floors have sea views. In a building of this size the key checks are the juristic person’s finances (every owner in arrears counts), the condition of the lift and roof, and an available foreign quota if the unit is to be registered in a foreign name.
