Navy House Group (Navy House Co., Ltd.) is a developer from Sattahip, south of Pattaya. According to Pattaya Mail, by 2012 the company had spent more than 20 years building housing estates in Sattahip, and The Winner was its first condominium. Sales opened in autumn 2012 with 107 units of 35.5 to 62.5 sq m, and the sales office was on Pratamnak Soi 6, next to Pattaya Park.
We found no other condominiums by the company and no official website, so The Winner is effectively the only reference point. It is a small building, and in that format the way the juristic person is run matters a great deal: with around a hundred units, every owner who stops paying common fees has a visible effect on the building’s budget. Before buying, ask for the financial statements, the level of owners’ arrears and the remaining foreign quota. Public sources give different completion years, so check it against the building’s documents.
