Noble Development PCL is a Bangkok developer and a listed company: its shares have traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker NOBLE since 1997. It launched its first project, Noble Park, in 1991, and by 2022 had 66 projects to its name. The head office is in the NOBLE Building on Ploenchit Road. Noble now builds in Bangkok and its suburbs, much of it near metro and Skytrain stations in Ari, Rama 9, Srinakarin–Lasalle, Suan Luang and Khu Khot. In 2023 it launched The Embassy Wireless on Witthayu Road with 757 units, and in 2024 and 2025 it received an AAA rating in the SET ESG Ratings.
Noble Form Thonglor is the company’s high-rise condominium in Thonglor (Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana district); public listings give it 46 storeys. Unit counts and completion dates differ between sources, so verify the details of any specific unit against the juristic person’s documents. In a recently completed building it also pays to check how many similar units are already offered for resale or rent in the same tower, and to confirm the remaining foreign quota.
