Ornsirin is a developer from Chiang Mai. The business began in 2006 with its Ornsirin 1 project, the group companies were brought under Ornsirin Holding in 2015, and the holding’s shares started trading on the SET under the ticker ORN on 30 October 2023. Almost all of its portfolio is in Chiang Mai — Habitat, Belive and Ornsirin Ville houses and The Next, Arise and The Astra condominiums — and the group also runs The Backyard community mall and Mill Hill International School.
Arise Vibe is the company’s first project outside its home region: a low-rise condominium of 484 units in Thalang in the north of Phuket (Si Sunthon sub-district), near Robinson Thalang and within easy reach of the airport. Layouts range from 25–26 sq m studios to two-bedroom units of 76–102 sq m, and there is a pet zone. According to the developer’s update of 7 October 2026, the environmental approval and building permit are in place, the structure is complete, finishing works are close to done and completion was expected in Q3 2026. Before signing, confirm the actual handover date, the payment schedule and the remaining foreign quota.
