Platinum Property Group is a boutique developer working on Pratumnak Hill. By the company’s own account, it started out in 2007 as PAD Developments and became Platinum Property Group after a restructuring. All four of its known projects are small condominiums on Pratumnak: The Lofts Pratumnak (39 units, 2010), The Place Pratumnak (75 units, 2013), and Jewel Pratumnak and The Point Pratumnak (both completed in 2017). Public sources currently show no projects under construction.
The Jewel is a 15-storey building with 121 units on Ratchawarun Road: one-bedrooms of 38–42 sqm and two-bedrooms of 60–76 sqm, with a pool, gym and sauna on the 14th floor. In a building this size, everything depends on how the juristic person is run: only 121 owners pay into the sinking fund, so before buying a resale unit ask for the minutes of the latest owners’ meeting and the expense report, and check whether any special levies are planned — for example, for pool or lift repairs.
