Quality Houses (Q House) is one of Thailand’s longest-established listed developers: it was incorporated in October 1983, has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1991 (ticker QH) and is headquartered in the Q. House Lumpini building in Bangkok. The group builds houses and townhouses, condominiums under the Casa Condo, The Point Condo and The Trust Condo brands, and runs Centre Point hotels — including the Centre Point Prime Hotel Pattaya in Naklua, opened in 2018.
The Trust Condo South Pattaya is a 24-storey tower of 609 apartments on Sukhumvit Road, completed in February 2014. It was developed by The Confidence Co., Ltd., a wholly owned Quality Houses subsidiary that handles residential sales, condominiums included. It is an urban residential building with a pool and gym rather than a resort complex.
On resale, look at how the juristic person has managed the sinking fund after more than a decade of operation, check the lifts, pool and common areas, and confirm which quota the unit is registered under.
