The key thing for a buyer to check is tenure. Public listings mark the project as leasehold, and the neighbouring Sindhorn Lumpini by the same developer is sold on a 30-year lease with an option to renew for another 30. Confirm the remaining land-lease term, the renewal terms, how the lease is transferred on resale and the level of service charges.
