Siamese Asset is a Bangkok developer whose shares have traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker SA since 25 December 2020. Founded in 2010, it has its head office on Phahon Yothin Road. Its core product is Bangkok condominiums (the Landmark, Blossom Condo and Siamese lines); it also builds houses and townhouses, manages its own projects and has a hotel arm, with properties under the Wyndham and Ramada brands.
Cassia Residences Rama 9 is a branded residence within the Landmark @ MRTA Station complex on Rama 9 Road in Huai Khwang. Banyan Group Residences states plainly that the project was created by Siamese Asset, while Cassia, a Banyan Group brand, supplies the concept and services such as a concierge, room service and residence management. The complex has three towers of 17, 37 and 28 floors, and part of the 37-storey Siamese Tower carries the Cassia name. Before buying, compare the service charge and what it covers with ordinary units in the neighbouring towers, and ask how long the branding agreement runs.
