STECON Group is the holding company for Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction (STEC) and several related businesses. The group traces its history to 1962, the company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1993, and today the holding trades on the SET under the ticker STECON. Its core business is main contracting: mass transit and elevated roads, highways and bridges, dams, power plants, industrial facilities and buildings, condominiums among them. It has no residential brands of its own.
Nue Epic Asok–Rama 9 is a Noble Development project under the Nue brand in which STECON is involved twice over. In September 2025 the group’s investment arm, STECX Ventures, bought 50% of the project company Vertical Rama 9 Alliance 1 (Noble holds the other half), and STEC signed the main construction contract: one building with four towers of 47, 47, 34 and 32 floors in Din Daeng, near the MRT and Central Rama 9. Noble handles sales; according to the developer, construction started in September 2025 with completion expected around March 2029. When buying this early, check the payment schedule, what the contract says about delays and how much foreign quota is left.
