The Phuket Family Garden Company Limited is the project company behind Phase 2 of the Layan Green Park aparthotel in Phuket. Phase 1 was built by a sister company, Layan Green Park Co., Ltd.; both share a registered address in Cherngtalay, Thalang, and the same directors. The developer’s site calls the project the flagship of VillaCarte Group, which has been active in Phuket’s property market since 2012.
Layan Green Park sits in the Layan area, about 700 metres from Layan Beach. Phase 1 — four seven-storey buildings with 350 units — is complete; Phase 2 — five buildings of two and seven storeys with 386 units — is due to finish in 2026, according to the developer. The complex operates as a licensed hotel with a rental programme and holds EDGE green-building certification.
Because this is a single-project company, check which legal entity signs the contract for your phase, choose the ownership structure (the developer offers both leasehold and freehold), read the rental programme terms carefully and match Phase 2 construction progress against your payment schedule.
