The group’s own website does not mention Tion Star, so the exact arrangement — the brand’s project company or a partner — is worth clarifying with the seller.
The Ozone Signature is the third phase of The Ozone condominiums in the Bang Tao–Cherngtalay area. The building combines residences with a five-star hotel under Wyndham’s Registry Collection brand. In 2023 and 2025 the group received regional real-estate industry awards for architecture, interior design and its hotel project. Buyers should establish which entity signs the contract and owns the land, how the residential and hotel parts of the building are separated, how common fees are shared, and whether units can be let independently or only through the hotel operator.
