About the company
Honour Thailand is a Pattaya group that combines residential development with hotels. Its official website gives the legal entity as Honour Asset Development Co., Ltd., with an address on Chalermprakiat (Third Road, North Pattaya) — the same address as its Once Pattaya condominium. In its own descriptions the company also calls itself Honour Group, so both names refer to the same business. It should not be confused with K Honour Group Co., Ltd., a Bangkok company from Bang Khen that builds housing in Rangsit and has no connection with Pattaya.
Besides condominiums, the group develops and runs hotels: The Siamese Hotel Pattaya in North Pattaya, T Pattaya Hotel on Chaloemprakiat Soi 7 and XQ Pattaya Hotel, and its project list also includes Hilton Garden Inn Pattaya City. There is a commercial project, again Pattaya, as well as an organic farm and a coffee shop. The company does not publish its founding year and is not listed on the stock exchange.
What their projects are like
The residential line is the Once brand: high-rises with generous shared spaces. At Once Pattaya the top floors hold an infinity pool, a sky bar and a gym, while the ground floor has the lobby, a co-working space and gardens; units range from studios of about 28 sq m to penthouses of up to 201 sq m. The group’s hotel background shows in the pitch — the building is marketed as hassle-free, hotel-style living. Once Wongamat is positioned by the company as super-luxury: it is the group’s tallest tower, with units from one bedroom to penthouses of up to 461 sq m.
In May 2026 the group presented projects in other formats: Spectra Residence, private houses near the Mabprachan reservoir, and Bliss Jomtien, land plots near Na Jomtien beach.
Projects in Thailand
- Once Pattaya — a 32-storey, 427-unit building at the corner of Third Road and North Pattaya Road, completed in 2021. According to the company, it won a FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Award 2022 in the residential condominium category.
- Once Wongamat — a 56-storey tower with a basement level, 548 units on about 4 rai off Pattaya-Naklua Road (Naklua Soi 33).
- Spectra Residence and Bliss Jomtien — new projects of private houses and land plots.

What buyers should check
- Who the seller is. The contract should name a group company — Honour Asset Development Co., Ltd., according to the website — or its project company. The name ‘Honour Group’ is used by unrelated firms too, so check the registration number and address.
- Once Wongamat is under development. For a 56-storey tower, check the building permit and EIA, the current stage of works and how payments are tied to milestones. The developer does not publish a completion date, so make sure one is written into the contract.
- Once Pattaya is resale. The building is recent but large. Ask the juristic person about remaining foreign quota, common fees and the rules on short-term rentals.
- Match location to purpose. Once Pattaya is a city building at a busy junction — convenient for city living, but not by the sea; Once Wongamat is in Naklua, in the Wongamat area.
