About the company
Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited is the Phuket developer behind The Title brand. Its shares trade under the ticker TITLE: at the end of 2025 they were listed on the mai, and in January 2026 the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) approved a move to the main board. Since July 2023 the company has been controlled by 39 Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the developer AssetWise; as of May 2025 it held 67.94%.
The company took its current name and switched to property development in December 2007. Its first project, The Title Rawai, went on sale in 2011: phase one comprised four four-storey buildings with 160 units on Rawai Beach. According to its SET filings, by 2025 the portfolio covered 15 projects, condominiums and villas worth a combined THB 46 billion and 6,811 units. The company has offices in Phuket (Thalang) and Bangkok.
What their projects are like
The Title builds on Phuket’s west coast and in its resort districts: Nai Yang, next to the airport and Sirinat National Park, plus Bang Tao, Kata, Rawai, Kamala and Cherngtalay. The format is the multi-building resort condominium with large pools, aimed first and foremost at foreign buyers. Early buildings were four storeys; the newer ones are far larger, with 859 units at The Modeva and 814 at The Title Serenity Naiyang. A recent hallmark is neoclassical and Mediterranean-inspired styling: The Title Legendary and Heritage in Bang Tao, The Title Cielo and Adora in Rawai.
The group runs its own property-management subsidiary, which manages juristic persons, finds tenants and provides cleaning and laundry services. It has also opened a community mall, Mingle Mall, in Nai Yang. Rhom Bho won Best Condo Development (Phuket) at the Thailand Property Awards in 2023 and 2024; in 2024 it also picked up category wins for the architecture of The Title Serenity Naiyang, the interiors of The Title Heritage Bang-Tao and the leisure facilities of The Title Legendary Bang-Tao.

What buyers should check
- Payment schedule. The company’s SET filings state that it collects up to 75% of the price (contract and instalments) before ownership is transferred. Match your schedule against actual construction progress on your building.
- Project stage. More than ten projects were launched in 2024–2025. Completed buildings and off-plan phases carry different risks, so confirm the handover date for the specific building.
- Resale competition. In Bang Tao and Nai Yang the same developer has several large projects on sale at once, so a resale unit may compete with its new launches.
- Rental and management. If you plan to let through the group’s management arm, ask for the contract and fee structure upfront and check the building’s own rental rules.
- Foreign quota is 49% of each building’s floor area; in projects aimed at foreigners it is worth securing at the reservation stage.
