About the company
SLR Development Co., Ltd. is a Pattaya development company registered in Chonburi province in November 2018; the registry lists it as S.L.R Developments (no. 0205561042805, registered capital 20 million baht). It is the entity named as the official developer on the Grand Solaire Pattaya website. Public listings credit it with two projects, Grand Solaire Pattaya and Grand Solaire Noble, neither of which is completed yet. The company is not listed and does not publish accounts.
SLR works hand in hand with Strong Family Home Co., Ltd., the developer of Zenith Pattaya. Zenith’s website gives the Grand Solaire showroom on Thappraya Soi 15 as its contact address, and every sales phone number matches those on the Grand Solaire site. In the company registry, however, they are two separate companies: Strong Family Home was registered in 2010 and SLR Development in 2018, at different registered addresses, and their shareholders are not disclosed in public data. It is fair to speak of a shared sales office, but not to say that Strong Family Home is building Grand Solaire.
What their projects are like
SLR’s bet is on very large towers with resort-style facilities. Grand Solaire Pattaya is a 67-storey tower on Thappraya Road Soi 15, between Pratumnak and Jomtien. According to the official site it has 2,470 residences on a 14.5-rai plot, and the developer describes it as the highest point in Pattaya. The advertised facilities include a wave pool, courts for football, basketball, tennis and badminton, a pitch-and-putt golf area, a sky-high yoga club, a spa with an onsen and a business lounge; the specification promises marble-style tiling and black marble and glass kitchens.
Grand Solaire Noble is a 50-storey tower on Pattaya Third Road, in the central part of the city: about 1,750 units, from studios to four bedrooms, on roughly 7.8 rai. Its signature feature in the sales material is a ring-shaped rooftop pool about 200 m long, together with a rooftop beach club and a glass-floored skywalk.

What buyers should check
This is a young company with no completed buildings yet, so rely on documents rather than reputation. The completion date of Grand Solaire Pattaya has already moved in public sources: earlier material gave the end of 2025, while the official site now says the end of 2026. Ask about the current construction stage, request the building permit and the approved EIA, and check how contract payments are tied to construction milestones.
Make sure the seller named in your contract is SLR Development itself (no. 0205561042805) and not another company that shares the sales office. In a building of more than two thousand units, day-to-day questions matter as well: what the common-area fee will be, who will manage the building, and how many lifts and parking spaces there are per unit. Finally, ask how much foreign quota remains and whether the unit you want can be registered freehold in a foreign name.
