Supalai is one of Thailand’s longest-established listed developers. It was founded on 26 June 1989 by a group of architects, engineers and development specialists, and its shares have traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 17 November 1993 (ticker SPALI today). The head office is Supalai Grand Tower on Rama III Road in Bangkok. Supalai started with housing estates and townhouses, later adding condominiums, offices and hotels; it builds in Bangkok and many provinces, targeting middle- to upper-income buyers.
In Pattaya the company built Supalai Mare Pattaya on Thepprasit Road: a 35-storey residential tower with 1,154 units (studios to two bedrooms, 32–72 sq m), a three-storey community mall and clubhouse, and a six-storey car park; according to public listings, it was completed in 2016. Supalai’s website also features a newer Pattaya project, Supalai Kram Pattaya – Wong Amat. Resale buyers at Supalai Mare should confirm early whether a given unit carries foreign quota, and in a building of this size check common fees and the quality of building management.
