How is this price index calculated?

We take every active resale condo listing in the More Property catalog, group by district and compute medians: price, price per sqm and monthly rent. Medians are robust to outliers. Yield is gross: annualised median rent of the studio/1-bedroom segment divided by the median price of the same segment. Districts with fewer than 5 listings are not published.

How often is the data updated?

Automatically: the index is recomputed from the live catalog daily. The as-of date is shown above the table.
