Baan Plai Haad Condo is a beachfront residential development in the Wong Amat area of north Pattaya. Officially named Baan Plai Haad Pattaya, it was the first project in the city by Sansiri, one of Thailand's largest developers. Baan Plai Haad Condo in Wong Amat, Pattaya was completed in 2015 and comprises two buildings — a 31-storey tower and a seven-storey block — with 353 units in total. The architectural concept came from The Steven Leach Group, with the buildings angled so that most apartments have a view of the sea.

Location

The development sits at the northern tip of Wong Amat, at the end of a side lane off Soi Naklua 16. The grounds run right down to the water: a garden walkway leads residents to a small, secluded beach, some 100–150 m from the buildings. The strip of sand here is narrow and short; the main, wide stretch of Wong Amat Beach is about 300 m away. The surroundings are a quiet mix of hotels and condominiums, with convenience stores, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The Sanctuary of Truth stands on the neighbouring headland. Naklua Road with its songthaew routes, Naklua Market and the shopping malls of Central Pattaya are best reached by vehicle, a trip of five to ten minutes.
