Seven Seas Côte d'Azur condominium in Na Jomtien, Pattaya is a large resort-style development by Universal Group, which also built Seven Seas Condo Resort in Jomtien and Seven Seas Le Carnival. Completed in 2018, it comprises 7 buildings of 8 storeys each with 1,308 apartments in total. The concept borrows from the French Riviera: the buildings are named after Mediterranean cities such as Monaco, Cannes, Nice and Marseille, and a large lagoon-style pool forms the heart of the grounds. Location

The complex is on Soi Na Jomtien 4, between Sukhumvit Road and the sea: about 700 m from the highway and roughly 500 m from Na Jomtien Beach, a few minutes on foot. Na Jomtien is the quieter southern stretch of the Pattaya coast, formally in Sattahip district, with less crowded beaches than the city centre. The Venetian Signature and other resort condominiums stand nearby. Ocean Marina Yacht Club, the Columbia Pictures Aquaverse water park, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden and the Pattaya Floating Market are a short drive away. Songthaews run along Sukhumvit Road towards Jomtien and Sattahip, and the same road leads to U-Tapao Airport.

Windows and balconies face either the inner courtyard with the pool or the outer side of the complex, so compare the building as well as the floor: the view, daylight and noise from the leisure area all depend on it.

Who it suits

This is a distinctly resort-oriented project, chosen for family holidays, long winter stays and holiday letting. The extensive grounds can fill a whole day, and the beach is within walking distance. As a permanent home it suits those comfortable with a large, lively community and a location away from central Pattaya; Jomtien and the city's malls are reached by transport.
