Art on the Hill condominium in Pratumnak, Pattaya is a compact low-rise building on the eastern slope of Pratumnak Hill, not far from Thappraya Road. Completed in 2014, it is a single 8-storey building with 159 apartments, all studios and one-bedroom units. Art on the Hill stands on Pratumnak Soi 5, a few minutes' walk from Thappraya Road, which links South Pattaya with Jomtien and is served by songthaews in both directions. The building is not by the sea: the beaches of Pratumnak (Yinyom, Cosy Beach) and Dongtan Beach are about 1 km away, around a quarter of an hour on foot or a couple of minutes by motorbike. The Pattaya viewpoint and the Big Buddha temple are at a similar distance. Minimarts, cafés and restaurants operate in the neighbouring sois, and Walking Street, Bali Hai Pier and the shopping centres of Central Pattaya are a short ride away.

Because the building is low, the outlook depends on the floor and the side: the lower levels face neighbouring buildings and greenery, while the sea panorama is enjoyed mainly from the rooftop. The plot is small, about 1,600 sq m, so there are almost no grounds at street level and the rooftop takes on that role.

Art on the Hill is an option for those looking for a small apartment in a quiet district with quick access to both the centre and Jomtien: for living on your own, for winter stays, as a first purchase in Pattaya or as a long-term rental property. It is an urban format: you walk or ride to the beach, but everyday services are close at hand. Families with children and anyone who needs large gated grounds may prefer bigger developments.
