Siam Oriental Dream is a new low-rise residential development on Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya. It was built by Siam Oriental (The Siam Oriental Trading Co., Ltd.), a Finnish developer active in the city since 2004, and is the company's 11th project in the area. Construction began in 2024 and was completed in 2026. Siam Oriental Dream condominium in Pratamnak, Pattaya is a single 8-storey block of 188 compact apartments with two swimming pools and a shared rooftop terrace.

Location

The building stands on Soi Sea Hill 5, between Pratamnak Soi 5 and Soi 6, in the residential part of the hill. The sea is about 700 m away in a straight line: the nearest beaches are Yinyom (Pratumnak) Beach and Dongtan Beach, and the walk takes a little longer than the map suggests. Convenience stores, a local market, cafes and restaurants on Soi 5 are within walking distance. Pratamnak lies between central Pattaya and Jomtien, each about 5 minutes away by car, and Thappraya Road with its songthaew route is just as close. Local landmarks include the Big Buddha hill and viewpoint, Bali Hai pier, Walking Street, and the Central Festival and Royal Garden Plaza malls.

According to the developer, studios measure 21.65 to 27.5 sq m, one-bedroom apartments 29.45 to 42.75 sq m and two-bedroom units 34.2 to 39.6 sq m; the top floor also has a penthouse of 118.7 sq m. Units currently in the More Property catalogue are between 31 and 35 sq m. Apartments are handed over ready to move in, with a European-standard kitchen, air conditioning in every room, ceiling spotlights and a bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling with a dedicated place for a washing machine. Buyers only need to add furniture. The upper floors and the roof look out over the bay.
