Veranda Residence, officially Veranda Residence Pattaya, is a high-rise seaside condominium in Na Jomtien. It was developed by Veranda Beach Pattaya, part of the Veranda Resort hospitality group known for its resort in Hua Hin. The 34-storey tower was completed in 2017 and contains 330 residences: 326 apartments and 4 pool villas. Location

The address is Soi Na Jomtien 4. The tower stands directly behind the Veranda Resort hotel, which occupies the shoreline, so the sand of Na Jomtien Beach is about 200 m away on the map. Strictly speaking this is a second-row position behind the hotel, not a building on the beach itself, but it has bay views over the low-rise hotel blocks and the sea is a couple of minutes' walk away. Tops Daily and 7-Eleven stores, beach cafés and seafood restaurants are within walking distance. Sukhumvit Road is about 1 km up the soi, with songthaew routes and the main road to central Pattaya and Sattahip. Pattaya Floating Market is roughly 1.3 km away in a straight line, Underwater World and the Ocean Marina yacht harbour are each about 4 km away, and Walking Street some 8 km.

Interiors follow the style of the Veranda resorts, and resale apartments are usually offered furnished. The height of the tower opens up panoramas of the Gulf of Thailand and the offshore islands, while the opposite side looks over the rooftops of Na Jomtien. Floor and orientation decide how open the sea view is.

It suits family holidays and long stays, and having an internationally branded hotel next door helps sustain interest from tenants. The neighbourhood is quiet, with no nightlife under the windows; for large shopping centres residents drive to Jomtien or Pattaya.
