View Talay 3

View Talay 3 is a beachfront high-rise at the foot of Pratumnak Hill and part of the View Talay series, one of the best-known residential brands in Pattaya. Completed in 2006, it consists of two 20-storey towers, A and B. Location

The address is 440 Moo 12, at the end of a lane off Soi Pratumnak 6. In front of the complex lies the small Yinyom Beach, between Dongtan Beach and Pratumnak Beach: tower A, the one closer to the water, is about 100 m from the sand, and residents reach it straight from the grounds. Dongtan Beach, with a promenade that runs on towards Jomtien, begins roughly 250 m to the south. Pattaya Park with its water park and tower is next door (about 400 m), the Pattaya Park Night Plaza market is around 450 m away, and cafés, massage shops and minimarts line the surrounding lanes. The Big Buddha at the top of the hill is about 1.2 km in a straight line, and Bali Hai Pier, where ferries leave for Koh Larn, is roughly 3 km by road.

Floor area is what sets the View Talay series apart. Even studios here start at around 48 sq m, one-bedroom units are noticeably larger than the city norm, and two-bedroom apartments go up to 200 sq m. Many units face the sea and the bay, while the rest look onto the pool, the gardens and Pratumnak Hill; a generous balcony is the norm. View Talay 3 suits people who want to live by the sea year-round or spend the season in Pattaya: families who need space, and buyers for whom a beachfront address matters more than a brand-new building. Pratumnak is a calm residential district between central Pattaya and Jomtien, so both are a short ride away. Spacious sea-view apartments by the beach also attract long-term tenants.
