Andromeda Condo in Pratumnak, Pattaya is a modern residential tower on Pratumnak Hill, officially named Andromeda Condominium. The developer is Apus Development Group, whose portfolio also includes Cetus Beachfront, Del Mare and Apus. The project is a single 36-storey building with 216 apartments, completed at the end of 2019. Its shared amenities are placed on the upper levels of the tower, with wide views over the bay. Today condos for sale in Andromeda are offered on the resale market.

Location

The building stands on Soi Kasetsin 9 in the western part of Pratumnak, a quiet, green district between Central Pattaya and Jomtien. Cosy Beach is about 350 m away in a straight line; the Royal Varuna Yacht Club and the Royal Cliff and InterContinental hotels are close by. A little further are the Pattaya viewpoint and the Big Buddha temple, while Walking Street, Bali Hai Pier and the Central Festival Pattaya Beach mall are a few minutes away by transport. Songthaews run along Thappraya Road, so within the district it is easier to get around by motorbike, car or taxi.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings in plenty of daylight, and the corner two-bedroom apartments on the higher floors enjoy views of up to 270 degrees over the sea and the city. When choosing, pay attention to the floor and the orientation: they determine whether the outlook is to the sea, the city or the greenery of the hill.
