Riviera Jomtien

Riviera Jomtien, officially The Riviera Jomtien, is a 46-storey condominium on Jomtien Second Road. It was built by The Riviera Group, the Pattaya developer whose portfolio also includes The Riviera Wongamat, The Riviera Monaco and The Riviera Ocean Drive. The project was launched in 2015 and construction was completed in 2018–2019. Its single tower holds about 1,075 apartments on a plot of just over 6 rai. Riviera Jomtien condominium in Jomtien, Pattaya is one of the tallest residential towers in the district and a familiar address on the resale market.

Location

The tower stands on Jomtien Second Road in the central part of Jomtien. Jomtien Beach is about 450 m away in a straight line; the developer put the walk at roughly 5 minutes. Songthaews (shared pick-up taxis) run along Second Road towards South and Central Pattaya, and the surrounding sois are lined with cafés, restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies and small stores. Pattaya Floating Market, Underwater World, Pattaya Park Tower and the hypermarkets on Sukhumvit Road are a short drive away.

Riviera Jomtien suits buyers who want a ready apartment in a modern high-rise with a full set of facilities and the beach within walking distance. Studios and one-bedroom units are typically chosen for holidays, long winter stays and letting, while two-bedroom apartments work for family living. It is a large and busy building, with plenty of residents and holiday tenants in high season, which is worth knowing if you prefer a small, quiet community. As in any Thai condominium, up to 49% of the total unit area can be registered in foreign freehold ownership (the foreign quota); the rest is held under the Thai quota or through a company.
