Seven Seas Jomtien, marketed in full as Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien, is a low-rise, resort-style development in the southern part of Jomtien. It was built by Universal Group Thailand as the group's first project in the country and completed in 2016. The scheme comprises 8 buildings of 8 storeys with 1,520 units on a site of roughly 24,000 sq m. Location

Songthaews (shared pick-up taxis) run along Jomtien Second Road towards central Pattaya, while Chaiyapruek Road leads straight out to Sukhumvit Road. Cafés, restaurants, massage shops and stores fill the surrounding lanes, and Pattaya Floating Market is a short drive away.
