Whale Marina, officially Whale Marina Condo, is a low-rise condominium close to the beach in Na Jomtien. It consists of 3 buildings (A, B and C) of 8 storeys each, and most sources name SK Pattaya Construction Development as the developer. The project was completed in 2018–2019, and portals put the number of units anywhere between 305 and 364. Its architecture, with soft curved lines, refers to the blue whale that gave the project its name. Whale Marina condominium in Na Jomtien, Pattaya is a modern resort-style building on a quiet part of the coast.

Location

The complex is on Soi Na Jomtien 8, in the second row from the sea: the small Water's Edge building stands between it and the shore, and the sand of Na Jomtien Beach is about 150 m away on the map, a few minutes on foot. Marketing often calls the project beachfront, but the buildings do not stand on the shoreline itself. Beach restaurants and cafés, a windsurfing centre and a 7-Eleven are close by. Sukhumvit Road is about 1 km up the soi, with songthaews towards Pattaya and Sattahip. Pattaya Floating Market and Mimosa Pattaya are roughly 2 km away in a straight line, the Ocean Marina yacht harbour about 3 km, Underwater World about 5 km and Walking Street about 9 km.

Because the buildings are low, not every unit has a sea view: some windows look towards the bay, others onto the pool, the garden and neighbouring buildings, so the floor and orientation deserve attention.

Whale Marina suits buyers looking for a relatively new building near the sea with a full set of amenities, whether for family holidays, wintering or year-round living in a calm area. The compact studios lend themselves to renting to guests who come to Na Jomtien for the beach. For large shopping centres and nightlife, residents head to Jomtien and Pattaya.
