Dusit Grand View is a high-rise residential building on Jomtien Second Road; the project's official name is Dusit Grand Condo View. It was developed by the Pattaya company Dusit Group and completed in 2016. It is a single tower of 36 storeys with, according to most listing portals, 531 units. Dusit Grand View condominium in Jomtien, Pattaya is an urban format close to the sea: high floors with bay views, its own facilities and Jomtien's beach life within walking distance.

Location

The tower stands right by Jomtien Second Road in the northern part of the district, next to The Riviera Ocean Drive. Adverts often quote 200 m to the sea, but on the map Jomtien Beach is about 450 m away in a straight line, a few minutes' walk through the side lanes to Beach Road. Jomtien Night Market is roughly 300 m away, a Lotus's Go Fresh supermarket is practically on the doorstep and the immigration office is about 700 m away. Songthaews run along Second Road towards central Pattaya, and Thappraya Road, which leads over to Pratumnak and South Pattaya, is about 1.1 km away.

Most of the building is made up of one-bedroom units of 35–44 sq m and two-bedroom units of 52 to 70 sq m. Dusit Grand View suits people who want to live in Jomtien without a car: the beach, the market, cafés and public transport are all a few minutes' walk away. It is chosen for full-time living and for wintering, and the compact sea-view units are also bought to let to holidaymakers. If you are after quiet and uncrowded grounds, bear in mind that this is a large building on a busy road.
